Payment

1. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment, including:
   • bKash/Nagad
   • Online Payment Methods

   • Cash on Delivery (COD) [Inside Dhaka Only]

2. Payment Process: Payment is required at the time of placing an order. Once your order is placed, you will be directed to a secure payment gateway to complete the transaction. Your order will be processed once payment is successfully received.
3. Currency: All prices on our website are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified.

Delivery

1. Shipping Times: We aim to process and ship orders within the following time frames:
   • Within Dhaka: 2-3 business days
   • Outside Dhaka: 2-4 business days
2. Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are as follows:
   • Inside Dhaka: Tk. 70
   • Outside Dhaka: Tk. 120
3. Product Inspection and Exchange: Upon delivery, you have the option to inspect the product. If there are any issues with the product, you may request an exchange. Please notify us immediately if you wish to exchange the product. We will arrange for the delivery man to collect the product, and upon receipt, we will send you a replacement product.
   
   
4. Delivery Notifications: You will receive notifications regarding the status of your order, including confirmation of shipment and tracking information (if applicable).
5. Delivery Address: Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or failed deliveries caused by inaccurate address information provided by the customer.
